alhamdulillah :)

like i've mentioned before, i went for an interview at CIMB last week. alhamdulillah, last monday i received a call telling me that i was accepted. and today, i went to HQ to collect the offer letter. well, i got a call around 10am and they wanted me to come at 2pm to collect it. so, at 1pm, i got on train and straight to CIMB. i thought collecting an offer letter would be a simple process. turn out that i had to do medical check-up and such. luckily the panel clinic is just around the area. well, to be precised, it was opposite my old training area, Semua House. hehe. i really like the doctors there, really chatty & fun to talk with. doing the X-Ray all over again. damn. how many cells are dead this time Mr. Doc?? it's not like you're going to keep the X-Ray anyway. i think, so far i already have about 4 X-Rays. if only they could be framed. HAHA.

so, i got back with my huge envelope, collect the visitor pass again to give the medical check-up result. turn out, i had to get down again to open up my CIMB account as i don't have one. well, scanned the pass again, opened up the account and collect the pass again to go up. i guess, the counter kakak already recognized my face & my ic number as i kept on coming to her to collect visitor pass for about 3 times? haha.

after that, there's another thing arises, as i don't have any EPF number yet. it was already 4pm by then and i thought, "oh no, i'm not gonna scanned my visitor pass again and collect again and go up again for just a series of numbers". so, i told the HR officer that i would go to KWSP and just give him a call to inform my EPF number then. well, the process quite fast i must say. the office closed at 4.45pm and i got there around 4.15pm, phew :P

alhamdulillah, all my businesses are doing just fine today with Allah's help. i am really thankful that i finally got a job that i thought perfectly suit me. well, office hours that matters to be exact. the salary isn't that much, but still ok to me. as long as it could cover all my expenses & loan XD insyaAllah, i'll report my duty next week :)

The Switch

anyway, remember my previous entry about barbecue weekend at my friend's house at Labu, Negeri Sembilan and my date? ok, this entry will be more specifically on my date. hehe. no, no, it's not about us. phew. haha. it's about the movie we watched. it's sooo many choices of movies and we gave it a go to The Switch because we assumed that if Jennifer Aniston in it, it would be funny and good movie. so, we sacrificed other goooooood movies by choosing it.

what i can say is...

it was FREAKING BORING!!! we leave the hall before we even finish it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it's such a waste. seriously. Jennifer, why you turn me down like this T_T

good bye

last night would be my last training at Vads academy, TTDI. well, it's ironic, because it was my first night trained at TTDI, and at the same time it was my last night also as trainee for Vads academy. it was quite a tough class i must say because we were exposed to product knowledge which is about computers and its components. to tell the truth, i am an IT blind. so, some of the explanations which seem so alien to me went through my mind without staying. haha :P

finish our class at 11.30pm. it was so sad to be separated from my friends who started to get close with me. well, it's a hard good bye i must say because we were having a very good time especially during our 1 week of soft skill training. but, whatever it is, life must go on, it's about my own future. grab every opportunity that comes in front of you because chances like that aren't available everyday. below are some of our pictures during training at Semua House. good luck and all the best guys! hope we'll meet again and thanks for the memories! ;)

weekend get away

i know it's already past but i still want to write an update here..hehe. it took me real guts to write them up! kept on delaying and saving without publishing :P ok, here goes. last week, my schoolmate friends held a barbecue at Manisah's place at Labu, Negri Sembilan. we already planned this about weeks before. we've invited some of our close friends to join but unfortunately, some of them can't make it. well, never mind, although it just 5 of us, but it's still a hell lot of FUN! we had Manisah, Beeb, Masyuni, Shima and me myself. before going to Labu, bb and i went for a date at Midvalley since the day before (15 october) was my birthday..hehe.

i arrived at Manisah's house at Labu around 5pm and as i arrived, i prepared the dishes immediately. well, i was given an honoured to be the head chef for this barbecue activity (=.=). i made garlic bread (from Delifrance french baguette), honey roasted chicken wings, tempura dipped dory with tartar sauce and mashed potato (instant). hehe.

it was seriously hell of fun! although most of us were exhausted with preparation, but still we had energy to laugh and fooling around with each other. after having our barbecue cum dinner, we spent our time by doing activities which normal girls would do. well, let's say that we did some make overs, gossiping and stalking people. haha. it was such a fun when we could exchange stories about our childhood & school. we slept verrrry late that night.

next morning, mas departed earlier because she had wedding to attend while all of us still lazy around and pulling up our blanket (specifically beeb and me..hehe). well, we just lazy around without doing anything up to noon! manisah, shima and beeb had other plans that evening, watching movie i guess, so beeb dropped me at Nilai KTM station. the journey via train from Nilai to Subang Jaya is very very very exhausting because the air ventilation was very poor. very slow air-conditioning, every coach was cramp with people and well, in such condition, for sure variety of smells arised.

it took me nearly 2 hours to get to Subang Jaya. my head was sooo dizzy and i felt like vomiting because i didn't had my breakfast yet that morning. bb who's already waiting for me brought me to Subang Parade to have lunch. there goes my weekend barbecue. i hope we could do it again some other time!

well, as usual, pictures are just...compulsary..hehe.

little updates

my life's getting busier these days. i've already started my training as Customer Service Representative at Vads. well, Vads is actually a training centre for contact centres in Malaysia. companies that joined under this Vads are Celcom, Streamyx, Tmnet, AEON Jusco and more. for this week, we were having training which focuses on soft skill. i bet, some of you know what soft skills are. soft skills include presentation skill, face expression, communication, professionalism and such. so far, i really enjoyed being in this training, made new friends and having lots of fun in class. although the class is sooooo tiring because the trainer won't let our mind out from the class even for just a second. so, there's no chance for u to have your sweet daydreaming.

oh, anyway, Vads academy is located in several areas including TTDI where i went for the interview before. right now, i'm doing my training at Semua House. alhamdulillah, getting there is quite easy because i don't need to switch my train or such. i can just straight away stop at Bank Negara station from Setia Jaya. my only concern is when it comes to crossing the road. well, i know it's one way road but it's huge!! i am so afraid to cross because you know, Malaysian drivers especially at KL drive like a maniac sometimes!!

by the way, up to this day, i already done with my soft skill training. and starting next week, i'm going to start my system training at TTDI. damn!!! it's my major concern actually because getting there isn't easy. the best part is, the training going to be in shift which for next week, my groups are going to start our shift at 4.30pm. damn damn damn.

another thing, last thursday, i went for interview at CIMB bank at Jalan Raja Laut. well, i took half day off from my training since CIMB building is just located nearby :P the interview went ok and they really wanted me to start working next November. but, i still need a confirmation with Human Resource. i'm very worried because i really really really really wanted this job so bad!! it's working hours, near to KTM station and well, it's working hours!! pray for me yeah?!

first-timer bus rider

today, i went for an interview at TTDI, Damansara. this interview is for well, as usual, customer service representative position. which company? well, if i were official, i'll mention in this blog ;) so, my father sent me there. the interview went ok. there were about 2 candidates and i was accepted but i haven't sign any contract yet. lucky that i had learned about Information System and some computer things in part 5 during my Bachelor Degree. so, it helped me a looooooot answering the questions (although it was my least favourite subject then, Alhamdulillah some stuffs are glued in my head ;p).

well, normally, if i had like interview or going alone at Damansara, i would take taxi to be safe and well, the easiest option it would be. but, since i'm in tight financial, whether i like it or not, i need to take up the bus. bb offered to fetch me but i don't want to burden him since he's already moved and it would be quite hassle for him to come here. Alhamdulillah, Allah helped me a lot by giving me someone to show me where the bus stop at, and lessen my time waiting for the bus. as being told, i must take bus number 82 to go to KL Sentral. stupid me, why don't i just take bus straight to Sunway instead. haha. (err...what's the bus number eh? haha) forgive me for being the first timer please. it would be to the hubs for the route which are Bandar Utama and KL Sentral. so, i thought the bus would go straight to KL Sentral. it had indeed stopped at Bandar Utama.

i thought they wanted to switch driver. as i waited in the bus - alone, the driver gave me a quick odd glance which i couldn't interpret it. then, about 10 minutes later, came one Rapid KL officer asking me "Miss, where are you going?". at that moment, i realize that "OMG. this bus is stop for real!". i made up my most-innocent-naive look, smiled a bit and said "oh, i'm going to KL Sentral, do i need to switch the bus?". hahahah. i was too embarrassed!! lucky there were not so many people were there. YES, I NEED TO SWITCH THE BUS! IDIOT! haha.

so, i stepped down and climbed up another number 82 bus. fuh. this time i was right, this bus was straight going to KL Sentral. it just that, well, being a bus, of course, it stopped at every bus stand. wasted my time in there. lucky i brought my novel with me. but, it's not too comfortable reading in a bus actually as the seats are too slippery where, with my tiny body, i can easily fall down whenever the bus stop/brake. haha. Alhamdulillah, i arrived KL Sentral safe and sound. got my self a take-away lunch and settle some things at the bank. i arrived home at 2.00pm and again, abah already waited for me at Mentari Court.

my lesson for today is, i should practice and keep on practicing using public transportation. haha. Train done, LRT done, Monorail done, Bus done, what else?? hahahaaaha.

movie & double toilets

yesterday, bb and i went for a date, well, again. this time, we went to OU. to tell the truth, we usually having a hard time choosing a place to go out because everywhere is just the same. nothing can be so great about shopping malls unless you have money and only then, everywhere would do! haha. so, we watched a movie titled "Dinner for Schmuck". it's a very very very good movie. soooooo hilarious!! Steve Carell is a total star! i really love his act ever since i watched Dan in a Real Life. i laughed from the beginning of movie till the end. it's very recommended for you guys to watch it too.

too bad, i had my period that day!!!!!!!! unlucky me. i had to search for pharmacy to get my sanitary pad. spoiled my date a bit (=.=). didn't bring any supply since it suppose to be like in a week. anyhow, at OU's toilet, i saw something that caught my eye. double toilet bowls in one toilet room. err..can't imagine? here goes the picture:

see...do you get what i mean?

i think it is soooooo cute. well, actually, the function isn't strictly for cute purposes only. hehe. you know that usually a little girl/boy would follow their mother in toilet. so, by having this double toilets, it would be much easier and convenience for the mother to manage her daughter/son and her need too at the same time in a spacious area.
