i'm one year older!

hello all! yesterday was my birthday. yes!!!!! i am one year older and i don't quite like it!! haha. as usual, i don't celebrate my birthday that much. no cakes no nothing. but i am touched there's so many friends texted and posted on my facebook wall to wish me a happy birthday. OMG. i never knew people would wish me one since i seldomly wish people's birthday on Facebook. not that i do not want to wish them but because i usually use my phone to surf internet and there's no birthday notification on my phone..boooo!

anyway, yesterday i had to work half day and later bb and i (yes, i work at the same place as bb) went to The Curve to meet our friend, Kecik there. Kecik works at Dome and bb claimed that kecik has tweeted him that he wanted to give us a treat for our birthday (because our birthday is 2 days difference!). so, here we go. this is what i ate:

it's spicy chicken pasta something something. yeah, it tasted sooo good but quite fully cause it's sooo creamy.

later that night, i went out with my best buddies, Intan and Pia. we went somewhere in Kelana Jaya (can't recall where the place is :P) and spent our splendid time there having the fabulous girls' session. we ate and chatted and updating each other and of course, gossiping too! it such a wonderful time for me as i loveeeee spending time with them. but, time flies so fast :( as every year tradition, they still give me presents! i was happy but i felt a little embarassed to receive them because they never miss to give me presents but i seldomly give them one because i don't know how to deliver them. i'm such a bad friend :( :( :( :( :(

this is where we had our late dinner. somewhere in Kelana Jaya. it's like a food court where they got about 10 varieties of stalls there. there are Italian, Arab, Thailand, Western and more. i think it's quite a good place to dine at. i have to double check with intan the exact place :P

mine: chicken satay. chicken is tender and well marinated but i don't quite fancy the gravy.

pia's: seafood olio spaghetti. not bad. i love the cheese powder dusted on top

intan's: deep fried crispy Bawal. yummmmms!!

enough with the food, so..these are the presents that i received. sincerely thoughtful and with love from my dearest friends:

cute popcakes!!!! it's a cat shape because they know i love cats!! well, and they call my name as Meow anyway :P

aren't it adorable??? i haven't eat them yet. sayang kot!!!

these are the gifts. popcakes from intan and on the right side is from Pia. it contains various chocolates & my favourite snacks, Cottage Fries. it's a bliss to have friends like them!! love you guys!

and...not forgetting an advance birthday card from my youngest sister. aren't they cute???

there goes my Birthday story. i feel blessed to be surrounded by thoughtful loveable friends and family that remember this date. thanks so much!! i know, i can't thank enough. i love you all! :)
